Contributors Guidelines

Along with the user ability to post information to many areas of the site, Insurancesurf.com also welcomes other industry related contributions such as press releases, product releases, feature articles, and other related news.

Submissions can be sent via electronic or traditional mail.

E-mail

E-mail submissions must include a contact name and phone number. Subject matter can be accepted in the body of the e-mail or as an attachment in Word document, HTML, Adobe PDF or .TXT file formats. Graphics and photos can be accepted in GIF or JPG format. Send E-mail submissions to webmaster@insurancesurf.com.

Traditional Mail

Traditional mail submissions must include a contact name and phone number. Subject matter must be sent via 3.5" disk or CD-ROM in either Word document, HTML, Adobe PDF or .TXT file formats. Graphics and photos can be accepted in GIF or JPG format. Send traditional mail submissions to:

General Guidelines

Unless specified differently the contact name, phone number and/or e-mail with be published if the submission is approved.

If submitting graphics, please remember the larger the graphic the slower the page containing your information will load and the greater the chance the user will move on to something else.

Insurancesurf.com retains the right to omit or re-size any graphics as necessary to insure the integrity of site performance.

If submitting information about a subject, don't forget to submit information on the author's background.

If submitting information about a new or upgrade product or service, don't forget to submit history information about the company. A picture of the product is preferable to a company logo
